Tom has more than 30 years in media, content, marketing and advertising. An entrepreneurial leader who performs well in team environments, he is a resourceful collaborator who builds results-driven programs across paid, owned and earned channels.

With extensive experience managing teams that deliver results for Fortune 500 clients, Tom previously launched new divisions with Time Inc. and Crain Communications, and provided solutions to top marketers that span digital, social, mobile, CRM and next generation advertising solutions. More recently, Tom launched Apogee Content Strategy with partners Tim Hildebrand and Scott Mowbray.

Tom has experience in new business development, digital strategies and developing content programs across diverse industries. Clients included Ford, GM, Bank of America, Huntington Bank, Merrill Lynch, Fidelity, AT&T, Citigroup, NYSE, American Express, Pfizer, Glaxo, and Allstate among others.

He Does:

Tom’s focus is on building results-driven marketing programs with a strong emphasis on the customer decision journey. He is excited to combine IMA’s reputation for outstanding, strategic creative work with Apogee’s reputation for producing high-quality content.

Tim Hildebrand

He Has:

Tim has more than 30 years of experience delivering cutting edge marketing solutions to clients across the country, including 20+ Fortune 500 companies. In 1996, he founded and launched Time Inc.’s custom content division. Tim sourced, managed and grew the business from $0 to $125 million in revenue, and held the President position throughout his 12 year tenure.

From there he was promoted to Time Warner’s Global Marketing Division, where he headed up the automotive partnership team that represented the largest source of advertising revenue for Time Warner. In that role, he sold numerous integrated marketing programs leveraging the portfolio of brands, including Time Inc., Warner Brothers, and Turner Broadcasting.

In 2016, Tim helped launch Apogee Content Strategy with partners Tom Stacy and Scott Mowbray. During that time, he worked with numerous companies including Meridian Healthcare, Crain Communications, Chevrolet, AT&T Healthcare, Huntington Bank, Ford Motor Company and Flipboard.
